For couples therapy, I work to enhance your connection, resolve conflicts, improve communication, cultivate trust and intimacy, enhance sexual chemistry and romance, and become more compassionate partners. Recovery from affairs and pre-marital counseling are further specializations. I consult to individuals around stress, anxiety, low self-esteem or relationship issues. I provide a comfortable environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. I listen attentively and, more importantly, I provide you with insight, guidance, and skills to effectively make the changes you desire. In person or telehealth sessions are available. , Couples treatment includes Gottman method, EFT and Problem Solving therapy. Individual specialties include the treatment of anxiety, work-life balance, depression and OCD. Utilizing Integrative therapies, attachment theory, CBT and mindfulness, I customize your sessions to resonate with your unique personality. Self help reading, homework are provided. , Trained at Columbia University, I provide anecdotes and insight, offering perspective with a sense of humor. Personally, I am a father of four, happily married, enjoy running, cooking, baking, music and practice yoga and meditation.
