About Us

Hi there! I provide therapy for couples and adult individuals. I specialize in relationship, attachment and parenting issues and perinatal mental health. My clients are curious about unhelpful patterns that seem to keep showing up in their life and relationships. Many times they are putting others before themselves, have trouble trusting, feel guilty about setting boundaries or have trouble communicating their needs AND getting them met. Together, we work to understand the “why’s” and then we continue our work to implement new skills and strategies to either break out of those cycles or find ways to work them in your favor. , I find that couples and individuals often seek therapy to address growing polarization, resentment, anxiety and/or sadness. Couples drift apart and wonder if there’s any hope for resolution, let alone, love. Everyone is anxious to see progress quickly. My initial goals begin with effective communication, validation, and engaging in nonjudgemental curiosity. , " My approach to therapy is solution-focused and highly collaborative. Authenticity, honesty, connection and a dash of humor is central to a strong therapeutic relationship, which I prioritize.
