I hold the understanding that all people have within themselves the wisdom and strength necessary to heal, and I believe that entering into a supportive and respectful therapeutic relationship can help these strengths and awarenesses emerge, develop, and grow. I enjoy working with people who desire a more peaceful and enjoyable life. , I have training and experience in utilizing developmentally based, whole person approaches to trauma therapy. I aim to work in collaboration with my clients and use approaches and understandings that are based in my clients own values and preferences. Although the work of healing can be messy and challenging, I also believe joy and humor can be healing. , At this time my practice is limited to providing therapy to individuals living with the effects of complex trauma and dissociative identities and responses.
