Difficult past experiences can cause feelings of sadness, fear, anxiety or stuck-ness in the present. Using resources such as mindfulness, sandtray therapy, EMDR and IFS can help bring clarity, a sense of relief and feelings of hope. , With over twenty years of experience, I have been fortunate to foster profound growth and change in individuals which has been personally inspiring.
