While the journey into parenthood can be rewarding, it can also bring unexpected challenges such as sadness, anxiety, identity struggles, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed. I believe therapy should provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, manage stress, and discover healthy ways to cope with the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
