I specialize in treating clients who have been through traumatic experiences. Together we work towards finding peace in the moment while also addressing the root cause of your emotional struggles. We work through painful memories until they no longer have power over you. , I specialize in PTSD, substance use disorders and addiction, anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. I utilize EMDR to treat trauma, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients reclaim their lives and find the inner contentment they have been seeking. , Reaching out for help takes courage and determination. It can be a stressful and confusing process. I aim to help you in this process by offering free 15 minute consultations. I also offer day time and extra early morning hours to accommodate client’s busy and unique schedules.
