I have practiced psychotherapy since 2005. In my work I provide treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use, ADHD, personality disorders, relationship issues, grief, parenting stress, and career change. , I assist clients to develop insight, compassion, and skill regulating unwanted emotions and behaviors. My clients develop greater acceptance of their emotions, and connect with what matters most to them.
