About Us

" My journey as a mental health professional started seven years ago in supporting individuals in substance use recovery. I graduated from Simmons University in 2018 with my Masters in Social Work and have gained experience in various clinical settings, including hospital settings, crisis work, and community mental health. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing challenges with mens issues, medical conditions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My passion for supporting individuals during their most challenging life transitions drives me to continue working as a therapist today. ", I offer individual therapy to adults and couples counseling. I utilize a strengths-based perspective with a client-centered approach that allows you to steer the ship with my guidance and support. Some of the treatment modalities I utilize include solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoanalysis, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Additionally, I offer EMDR for trauma treatment. I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my therapy work for couples counseling to help improve communication and intimacy. I look to empower individuals and couples to make changes that allow them to live their desired lives, help them understand their challenges, and assist them with reaching their goals.
