About Us

I understand that hurt, resentments and family dysfunction make life challenging. Working with adults of all ages, I help clients identify triggers that lead to anxiety, depression and mood instability. Together, we work on skills and strategies that create changes in behavior and improve relationships. My clients come to heal complicated grief, anxiety, codependency, abuse, divorce and depression. Within an accepting relationship, I use CBT (reframing thoughts & perspective), DBT (responding vs. reacting using your wise mind), Gestalt Therapy (role playing), Internal Family Systems (healing wounded parts) and expressive therapies. , My specialty is working with codependence issues - adults who struggle with out-of-balance relationships or excessive people pleasing, control, caretaking, or fixing others. Through intensive individual and group therapy, my clients learn to identify and communicate their own feelings and needs, set healthy boundaries, and live a more balanced, joyful life. , I bring an integrated mind, body and spirit approach to psychotherapy, rooted in my own meditation and yoga practice of 25 years. I believe sharing personal truths and fears is a natural path for healing and would be honored to guide you through your journey to a healthier, more joyful life. It all begins with you.
