I provide compassionate support for those struggling with depression and thoughts of self-harm or suicide, focusing on both immediate relief and long-term resilience. I offer specialized support for individuals on the autism spectrum as well. , My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based work. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported while making active changes. I have specialized in behavioral issues, self harm, suicidal ideation, DBT, and life transitions. , I address the whole person, not just the symptoms, and see the therapeutic relationship as a key component of treatment. I work closely with the individual to set achievable goals and tailor interventions that align with client values and life circumstances.
