About Us

As a clinician, I have had the chance to work with a diverse population of individuals such as college students, men, women, athletes, parents and LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe therapy is for learning more about yourself and the experiences that make up who you are today to lead to healing and growth. Accepting your past and understanding how it is playing out in your present is essential for coping for what lies ahead in the future. I aim to help struggles with grief, transitions, trauma, anxiety, identity, and relationships issues along with athletics. I look to dive deeper into the person you are and how you got here! , My background in sport psychology & providing mental skills training aims to support performers and athletes has allowed me to work with a variety of people such as high school athletes, Division III, & Division I collegiate athletes as well as college level performing arts students. I believe being an athlete is a unique experience and one I can relate to. , While providing\xa0a safe and non-judgemental\xa0environment for you to learn more about yourself, I employ techniques from theories such as psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). These are used to help you gain insight into your experiences, accept yourself for where you are at and help move forward!
