About Us

Evening appointments available. I am a clinician who specializes in the treatment of grief, oncology counseling, anxiety, depression and identity development. I am particularly interested in working with adults facing emotional distress while navigating grief in all forms and/or life transitions (i.e. self-esteem, college transition, relationship topics, coming out LGBTQ+). I have worked in oncology counseling with adults at Dana Farber for the past three years. While there I developed skills to help individuals grieve the loss of the life they originally envisioned and gently take steps toward developing an empowered sense of self. , I take a strengths-based and goal-directed approach to therapy and strive to elevate your unique strengths as tools for healing and growth.. Whether you are facing life transitions that are difficult, are looking to heal from loss, anxiety or depression, I am here to guide you. We will uncover your future path together. , I aim to provide an environment that is both supportive and challenging – where my clients feel known and understood, while still feeling pushed to find new ways of viewing problems and healthier ways of coping.
