At times, I can also integrate more concrete skill-building such as cognitive behavioral or dialetical behavioral therapy. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your story. , I specialize with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, family communication, and issues related to shame and vulnerability.
