I enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, mood issues, life transitions, and relationship issues. I individualize treatment by using an integrative approach that involves a combination of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic (insight-oriented) , CBT and DBT (skill building). , We would work together to determine goals that take into consideration your strengths, resources, and challenges.
