I have an extensive background working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, complex trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. , I utilize CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing as the main interventions to address depression. anxiety and various trauma work. I create a safe, warm environment where the client feels comfortable to be open and honest at their own pace. I believe that a good therapist starts where the client is at.
