Sometimes simply knowing that the worst case scenario won’t destroy us makes a daunting goal seem more attainable. , My approach to therapy is integrative, including elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Relational Theory. By working with me, you will find that I focus on creating a balance between warm, empathetic support and motivational encouragement to help clients achieve those tasks that feel impossible. , It is important to me that my clients leave each session feeling hopeful and with a better understanding of themselves and their environment. I especially enjoy working with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship/family stress.
