About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I provide psychotherapy with a trauma-informed psychodynamic orientation. I have worked with a diverse population and I am interested in building a long-term relationship with my clients. In my practice, I offers a space to listen and explore thoughts and symptoms with a curious lens. This practice of analyses supports the client in moving towards diminishing inhibitions and symptoms, and increasing creativity, curiosity, self-nourishment and the ability to hold complex feelings. I am bilingual in English and Portuguese and can provide therapy in both languages. , My specialty areas include: youth and families, immigration and acculturation, bilingual population, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ population.
