I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating trauma, life changes, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict and identity discovery-reconnection. My framework is grounded in trauma & attachment theory and centers on the strengths, resilience, expertise, and self-determination of my clients. I am highly attentive to the roles individuals, institutions, and systems play and the impact they may have on healing. My style is rooted in person-centered, psychodynamic and feminist perspective which pulls on attachment, somatic and trauma modalities. , My style involves creating a warm, safe, and attentive space for you to feel seen and heard fully — mind, body, and soul. You can expect an experience where you are given opportunities to explore your inner world and this will evolve through the first few sessions as we get to know one another.
