This stuff clutters our closets, makes it hard to walk around our basements and gets in the way of our progress. I help my clients use images, objects, and memories to call forth their stories. Then I support them in learning the skills to retell these stories in a healthier way and to let go of the burden of trauma. , I welcome clients ready to take steps that lead to thorough and satisfying change. I help people access inner resources that may have seemed less accessible before and help them connect with their natural supports.
