" I believe therapy provides a place where you can get to know yourself on a deeper level and reflect on how to best navigate your life. I work with people to meet them where they are in their path and use the relationship we build as a safe, collaborative base for growth. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, supportive and empathic environment to explore lifes joys and challenges. I work with people on addressing the issues of the here-and-now, as well as past experiences and how they inform relational, occupational and existential difficulties. I work with both individuals and couples. ", " My hope is that we work together to improve relationships, communication, and make lifes transitions feel a bit easier. My practice treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, work/life balance, major life transitions, issues of identity, trauma, and loss, among other things. ", I am trained in psychodynamic therapy for individuals and couples and utilize a comprehensive approach that draws from attachment, family systems, trauma-informed and client-centered theories. I am currently a psychoanalytic candidate at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis.
