" I work with adults, children, teens, their families and caregivers. I have a warm, attuned approach that supports each persons intuitive ability to heal. In my work with adults, Internal Family Systems-IFS is offered to work with a variety of challenges. Children go through challenging times, divorce, loss, adjustment to traumatic events. Treatment explores movement, art and expressive play focusing on emotion regulation.For young children, therapeutically supported expressive play therapy provides safety that helps children communicate their needs, feelings, modify behavior, and increase problem solving skills. ", Compassionately supporting adults in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, life transitions, work and relationship stressors. I provide compassionate parenting support, when children have challenging, distressing or trauma related behaviors. I help caregivers explore their own wisdom, identify their needs, goals and experience more joy. , I am adoption and foster care competent and use a compassionate, relational, developmental and attachment focused approach. I am experienced in working with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, social isolation, identity issues, disordered eating, grief and loss.
