Hello! I use a holistic approach with the type of therapies that I use; combining features from DBT, CBT, trauma informed therapies and motivational interviewing. Most of my work has been related to people who are experiencing depression and anxiety that may be lifelong or situational. I work with adults and elders but have experience working with younger clients as well. My passion is helping people manage the challenges of loved ones who are going through life transitions related to long-term illness or end of life stages.
