Welcome! If you are feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or depressed, or struggling with ADHD/executive dysfunction, OCD, relationship issues or life transitions, I am here to help. I work with children, teens and young/early adults, and particularly enjoy working with athletes and high achievers. Clients leave our sessions with the skills to improve their functioning, well-being or performance, in addition to better understanding the root cause(s) of their difficulties. In turn, they experience an increase in their self-esteem as well as their confidence in navigating life stressors. , I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity and at times humor, and would describe my approach as active and strengths-based. You can expect to feel comfortable just being yourself without judgement, and to better understand how your past experiences impact your current behaviors.
