Asking for help can be very difficult. It takes great courage to acknowledge one’s suffering. I believe it is extremely important to focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will help you develop tools to manage life’s adversities and become the best version of yourself! It is important to remember that each generation faces their own challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, sadness, anger, depression, or self -esteem related issues. I have extensive training and background working with youth who have experienced trauma. , Treatment should be unique to each individual. Our work will focus on your strengths and we will set achievable goals which will promote hope for the future. I work from a very creative approach and I like to think outside of the box. I’ve had a lot of success with engaging resistant youth. , " I utilize Strength Based & Mindfulness approaches. I also use Family Systems Therapy along with an integrative approach which helps with whole body healing. I am certified in Reiki and I have found meditative practices and imagery work to be powerful healing tools.
