I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive experience working with adolescents as they struggle with stressors related to social interactions, family conflicts, academic problems, trauma history and difficulty regulating their mood and behavior. Along with this I provide parenting support and instruction, as well as family therapy. I also enjoy supporting individual adults as they deal with a variety of different concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions. , Each person is unique so I utilize a variety of treatment approaches tailored to the individual and their specific needs.
