I believe that we each have the answers we need within us and the capacity to improve our circumstances, but that sometimes we get off course. I also believe that what we focus on gets bigger, so when we focus on the good and beautiful in life, the weeds get crowded out. This isnt just my personal belief - its actually rooted in science!
