I support those dealing with more severe psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self harm, personality disorders, and trauma. I also have interest and commitment to helping my clients navigate the unique challenges associated with young adulthood which include the commonly experienced issues of identity exploration, relationship growth, learning to thrive in academic environments, achieving success with vocational pursuits, and establishing independence. , I am inspired and informed by psychodynamic theory. I believe that both looking to our past to better understand our present and bringing awareness to what is happening in the moment in the therapeutic relationship is paramount for healing.
