Dr. Durham’s therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and flexible based on clients’ needs.She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and frequently incorporates mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches into treatment. Dr. Durham also draws from humanistic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-specific treatments such as Prolonged Exposure. , Dr. Durham received her B.A. from Boston College and her Ph.D. from Drexel University. She completed her internship at Middlesex Hospital and her post-doctoral fellowship at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital.
