I enjoy working with adults ranging in age from young adults to elders. I counsel people who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, transition and phase of life issues, relationship problems, attachment and relational trauma. A deep clinical interest is helping adults navigate their own and their loved ones’ later life challenges associated with aging such as: multiple losses, changes in important relationships, caregiver stress, and changing family roles.
