About Us

You are brave for being here. You have done your best as a parent, and yet your child is still struggling. It hurts to see them beating themselves down, and selling themselves short when you know who they are at their best. You\ve heard them say "I\m not good enough," "no one understands me," or "things would be better if I weren\t here." Maybe they\ve turned to self harm to manage their emotions. You want to protect them, help them heal, and show them the beauty you see when you look at them. , Who were you before the world told you who you could be? How much do children and adolescents sacrifice themselves, their sweet quirks and unique gifts, to conform to the expectations of their peers and society as a whole? Simply put, I want your child to own themselves, in their most authentic form. I employ DBT, TF-CBT, and Psychodynamic frameworks. , In all of my work, I have been struck time after time by the power of connection. I believe there is strength in vulnerability, and telling one’s story is an act of great courage. The honor of supporting your child in exploration and empowerment is deeply meaningful to me. I look forward to helping your child own their story and write their own ending.
