I am most helpful to clients who are struggling with relationship issues including familial, personal, and professional relationships. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are working to heal from relational trauma related to infidelity, poor boundaries, and addiction. I also provide substance use evaluations for adults with probation, parole, and RMV requirements. , I use an eclectic approach when helping you to reach your goals. I will pull information from AA and AlAnon as appropriate, while incorporating modalities that help to improve your motivation for change, look within yourself for wisdom, and improve problem solving skills.
