I will help you identify and clarify your goals in a supportive and direct manner. I work in a family systems based model to help the entire family heal. My hope within therapy is to have each person become their own "caretaker" in order to best improve their family system. , I try to maintain a non-judgmental stance while providing feedback when needed. It is never easy to make changes but my intention is to provide an atmosphere to facilitate this. , In addition to my private practice I work in a short-term residential setting with teenagers and young adults.
