Hi! If you\re lonely, disconnected, or dissatisfied with the quality of your friendships, you\re not alone. In fact, the U.S. Surgeon General reports that half of Americans are lonely! I help people develop deeper, more meaningful friendships, because of how important these are to mental health and well-being. Our current culture makes it harder than ever to make close friends ... but, it IS possible! I will guide you through a step-by-step "friendship formula" to help you develop closer, more rewarding friendships. You deserve to feel connected! , I offer individual coaching for people who want to have deeper, more satisfying friendships, and/or who want to improve their social intelligence skills and get better at connecting.
