Perimenopause/menopause is also a great time to come to therapy. I also help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. And, clients see me for managing anxiety & depression. For trauma work, I like to use Brainspotting/EFT. I also offer online therapy in MA, CA, CT, FL,& AZ. I enjoy helping clients make peace with food & their bodies.
