About Us

As a Licensed mental health counselor for over 13 years, and experience working with individuals and families for over 27 years, I am deeply passionate about helping women navigate critical stages of their life, such as college life, relationships, transitions, family conflict and major life events such as pregnancy, birth, the postpartum time as well as grief and loss. It is my desire to come along side of those who are burdened with depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, work struggles, grief, loss or trauma to listen, walk with them, support them and also give them the tools needed to navigate this difficult time in order to be healed View 7 Photos, I am a certified and trained perinatal mental health clinician, certified doula and lactation coach. My approach is person centered and I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. Also, I am a woman of faith, and I can offer a faith-based approach to the counseling sessions. , Lastly, I believe that the mind, body and spirit are all connected and when one is out of alignment it can affect our overall wellbeing.
