I am passionate about working with individuals aged 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or life transitions. My specific interests include, transitioning into motherhood/Motherhood challenges, building bridges between parents and their children, aiding families with transitioning elderly loved ones outside of the home, relational difficulties, communication skills, establishing boundaries, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life Transitions over age 16. , " My primary training experiences involve helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma in various clinical settings. Prior to earning my masters in counseling, I also gained an abundance of experience working with children, teenagers, and parents in the private and public education system.
