About Us

In my practice I strive to create a non-judgmental environment that allows clients to freely explore their emotions, experiences, relationships, and themselves. I am a licensed psychologist with training in a variety of therapeutic approaches and vary my approach based on the individual needs of my clients. I work with late adolescents, young adults, and adults around managing anxiety, life transitions, stress, and interpersonal relationships. My approach in therapy is supportive, warm, active, curious, non-judgemental and caring. I also have significant experience with young adults transitioning into graduate school, careers, marriage, and parenthood. , I work with clients to enhance coping skills, self-care, problem solving skills, stress management, and communication skills to create a more positive experience of day-to-day life. In addition, I help clients challenge unhelpful thought and behavior patterns that get in the way of having a healthy view of yourself and the world around you.
