From this space I believe individuals can improve coping skills, communication skills, improve relationships, establish healthy boundaries, set goals, decrease levels of depression and anxiety along with much more. , My approach to therapy is focused on building a trusting relationship with the individuals I work with. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
