About Us

I help young adults, including college students and young professionals, navigate life concerns that are common during this stage of life, including anxiety, depression, and the various experiences related to life transitions. I also have a special interest in treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) with this population. Reaching out to start therapy can be intimidating for many; I work to provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space from the very beginning— many clients report feeling comfortable from the initial consultation call. I work well with clients who’ve never been to therapy or are nervous to retry it. , I offer more than talk therapy in my sessions, and include gentle structure of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients learn long-lasting skills. For OCD, I have training in Exposure & Response Prevention, in addition to Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral therapy (ICBT),and have special interest in this area. , The pressure to be a “certain way” is off in my sessions. I work to provide a space where clients can be their true selves without fear of judgment, as I see each person as special in their own way.
