Theory suggests these two are highly correlated, and generates great stress and distress both emotional & physical, depression & anxiety, triggers intense anger responses that are poorly managed, alcohol & other substance abuse, & frequent panic episodes , My approach utilizes a philosophy of here-and-now utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. It allows you actively participate in therapy process & therapist giving feedbacks & checking your progress in meeting goals. The approach tends to be more egalitarian, thus rapidly built rapport as you will come away with a sense of being respected, empowered & hopeful
