About Us

We specialize in treating children, adolescents and couples. Our initial focus is to establish a therapeutic relationship with our patients who we work with as we believe that is the foundation for effective therapy. We currently have evening appointments on a weekday in addition to weekends. We offer empathetic listening and also provide direct but therapeutic feedback and support to the individuals we work with. We strongly believe in meeting our clients where he, she or they are at and facilitating him, her or them in addressing the presenting problems. , We treat individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation and behavioral difficulties. We provide therapy to persons who are dual diagnosed and we also treat individuals who are struggling with life transitions and other day to day challenges. We also offer TF-CBT, CBT and DBT. We are also offering medication management. , Due to our utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we endorse the belief that our thoughts greatly impact our emotions and behaviors. However we also believe that individuals should feel empowered in therapy and we strive to do so in my sessions. We are also currently accepting referrals for our new DBT skills group for adolescents.
