I have extensive training and experience treating a wide range of individuals including those diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Depression. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming and BIPOC-allied. , Interpersonal connection, empathy, and open-mindedness are always central to the work I do. My theoretical orientation is integrated with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral and acceptance practices. I have specialized training and experience working with people diagnosed with trauma-related and substance use disorders. , I am trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
