I have evening availability for September! I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I am most passionate in working with children, youth, adolescents, and young adults. I am excited to help empower you to recognize your own resilience and capabilities. I have experience in helping clients build confidence, self advocacy skills and in helping improve mood, quality of relationships, and more. I meet my clients with kindness, empathy, respect, and without judgment. I seek to create a trusting therapeutic space where people can make desired changes in the way they think, feel, and interact with the world around them. , I am familiar with a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches. I often practice using Solution Focused and Narrative therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing and CBT. My treatment approach is collaborative and goal oriented. It is my goal for my clients to feel successful.
