In todays world predicament more than ever I am aware of the enormous need for a secure space in which you can regain access to your authentic self and allow it to guide you through your everyday life. Being in touch with your authentic self holds the key to a more fulfilling and balanced life. I work with clients dealing with various concerns, but most recently, my focus has been on climate awareness and distress. , I grew up in Mexico, in a family of Ranchers which led me to grow up close to the natural world. As a child, I found joy in interacting with animals and noticed the different ways in which humans and animals are closely connected. I add this ecological view of interconnectedness to the natural world to my psychotherapeutic approach when appropriate.
