About Us

I am a licensed clinical psychologist at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and warm, while also facilitating real change. You may benefit from work with me if you feel overwhelmed, lonely, hopeless, lost, or are having thoughts of suicide. I can assist you in better managing relationships, conflict, work, and life transitions all in pursuit of building a meaningful and fulfilling life. I work both with adults and adolescents (over the age of 14). , Through our work together, you may see that relief and growth are possible. I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment in a flexible, personalized manner. Specifically, I offer acceptance and mindfulness based approaches as well as more traditional cognitive behavioral approaches. I also have expertise in interventions focused on suicide prevention. , I have expertise in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. I provide a range of services including: short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy; coping skills coaching; longer-term psychotherapy; consultation/evaluation and treatment planning; and ongoing case management.
