I believe the therapeutic relationship is where the real magic lies. I work with clients around attachment issues/relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychogenic physical symptoms. A focus will be on how we relate to the people in our lives, looking through a lens of personal history as well as identities like race, gender, sexuality, and class. If there is an area of your life you are distressed by, curious about, or feel needs to change- let’s explore it. Let me work alongside you to find relief from shame, uncover ambivalence, and re-write your story. A restored sense of liberation is possible. , I take a psychodynamic, relational approach to treatment. I will compassionately guide you to identify areas of uncertainty and work with you to explore difficult patterns causing disconnection in your life. I am here to help you deepen self-awareness with the goal of making real connection outside the therapy room more possible and more fulfilling. , My style is collaborative, authentic, warm and engaged.
