When problems related to substance use, mood disorders, grief, trauma, chronic illness or pain, parenting, educational and professional stress become overwhelming I can provide supportive and reassuring opportunities for change. It can be frightening to confront these parts of ourselves. I will provide a compassionate, validating and safe space to move forward in your life and accomplish your goals. , Many behaviors that can be useful at one point in life can be troubling at another. Through mindfulness exercises and behavioral intervention strategies we will create a plan to attain your goals. We will identify barriers to change and create structures that will help you to overcome them. , My goal is always to increase your engagement in activities and relationships that you find meaningful and empowering through a supportive, non judgmental therapeutic relationship.
