I have extensive history working with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, as if their lives are out of control and wanting to be supported in a nonjudgmental way. It is important for me to provide a safe space for individuals to be allowed to speak about their experiences as they work through the challenges that exist within their lives. Through our work, I can support you in developing skills to assist you from moment to moment. The work that we do will assist you with implementing changes that will increase quality of life. , I has worked in a variety of settings ranging in different levels of intensity. I am known for working with individuals who display acute symptoms, are high risk and are complex in presentation. DBT, CBT, and MI are frequently the approaches that I apply. I also specialize in providing GRS letters for transgender and non binary individuals. , I welcome working with individuals of all ages, from different walks of life. I am passionate and committed to reducing disparities within mental health to improve well-being of diverse populations. I recognize the courage it takes to initiate asking for help.
