I am a licensed psychologist/psychoanalyst who has been in private practice for over 35 years. I have come to believe that most difficulties stem from early attachment wounds and are best healed in the context of a loving and accepting therapeutic relationship. I value an open and collaborative approach so that together we can understand the challenges you face. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loneliness, stress, complex trauma, PTSD, and other issues, I believe that together, we can work to understand that which holds you back and help you to move towards an essential sense of wholeness. , I have a breath of wisdom to offer my clients and draw from a range of treatment modalities: ketamine assisted psychotherapy, AEDP (accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy) and Internal Family Systems - all of which are geared towards helping my clients unearth their unique core self. , So many of us are living through the lens of our early traumas, and through our habitual belief systems, which only obscure us from realizing our true nature.
