Is it possible to have a really good, satisfying relationship? I believe it is. Having a partnership that is growing, nurturing and fulfilling is not only possible - it is a skill that can be learned. As a Couple and Family Therapist, I have the latest training in relationship systems with an inclusive lens covering all types of relationships. Along with this evidence-based theory I bring a lifetime of psychological study and practice tested over time in my own partnership relationship. We never fight. Good communication skills and clear boundaries serve us well. Helping others find joy in their relationships is my highest calling. I create a space of safety and non-judgment to release that which is holding you back - and to open doors to your real self. This integration allows you to feel seen and validated. When couples and family members feel validated, relationships become more honest and satisfying.
